Q: What ingredients do you use in your Candles & Wax Melts,?
A: At Glow of Grace, we use 100% natural coconut wax and high quality, eco-friendly, vegan ingredients, Our candles are free from harmful chemical and synthetic additives, ensuring a clean and safe burn.

Q: How long does your candle burn?
A: Our 250ml candles have a burn time of 40 hours.

​

Q: How long does your wax melts burn?

A: Our wax melts have a burn time of 12 hours per cube and full wax melts (6 cubes) have a burn time of 50 hours.

​

Q: How should I care for my candle?
A:  Trim the wick to 1/4 inch before each burn, Allow the candle to burn until the entire surface melts to prevent tunnelling, Avoid burning for more than 4 hours at a time.

Q: How should I care for my wax melts??

A:  Use a clean, dry wax warmer designed for melts. Add one or two wax cubes to your burner dish, do not add water or oil. Allow the wax to melt fully to release the fragrance. When the scent fades, turn off the warmer, let the wax cool and remove it before adding a new melt. Never leave your warmer unattended or in reach of pets and children.

Q: How do I know which fragrance to choose?
A: Each of our fragrances is thoughtfully described on our products pages to help you find the perfect scent. if you're still unsure free to contact us for recommendations.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: At present, we ship 
exclusively to locations within the United Kingdom. We are actively working to expand our shipping capabilities to accommodate international customers in the future.

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: we offer both next day delivery with tracked (Tracked 24 / 1-2 working days including Saturdays) and standard delivery with tracked (Tracked 48 / 2-3 working days including Saturday) delivery options. Delivery times may vary based on your location and chosen shipping method.

Q: Can I return a product if I don't like the scent?

A: if the product is unused ad meet our return eligibility criteria you can return it within 30 days of purchase. Please review our returns and refund policy for more details by clicking here.

Q: What should I do I if my product arrives damaged?

A: If your candle arrives damaged, please contact us at contact@glowofgrace.co.uk within in 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund.
